Parts Advisor – Diehl Automotive of Grove City

SEPTEMBER 2022 – PRESENT

I currently work for Diehl as a Parts Advisor where my job responsibilities include:

  • answering phones in a friendly and professional manner,
  • providing vehicle parts and merchandise to the dealership’s technicians and customers,
  • receiving, unpacking, and storing parts in appropriate storage locations,
  • confirming quantity and condition of goods received against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips,
  • processing core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary,
  • reorganized and condensed various warehouse storage locations, and
  • trained new advisors on job tasks, operational policies, and procedures.

   

Graduate Assistant – Partnership Erie

AUGUST 2021 – JULY 2022

I served as the Graduate Assistant for Partnership Erie at Penn State Behrend beginning August of 2021 and throughout the summer of 2022. My position included assisting the Director of Partnership Erie with outreach activities involving system administration, planning, design, development, web hosting, and maintenance of websites for non-profit organizations. I also mentor interns and assist them to further develop websites that were created in the MIS 387 Website Design class to prepare the projects for completion.


   

Website Developer – Partnership Erie

As a Website Developer for Partnership Erie, I worked with other students and interns on projects where we designed and developed websites for non-profit organizations.


   

MIS/Marketing Intern – Direct Allergy

MAY 2019 – APRIL 2020

I worked as a Management Information Systems/Marketing Intern at Direct Allergy where I redesigned their website. I helped to design a second website for the organization to utilize for their customers. I assisted in marketing the company to potential clients through the creation of marketing samples.


   

Office Manager – H&R Block

JANUARY 2010 – APRIL 2021

While working at H&R Block, I was a Client Service Professional (2010-2017) and then became an Office Manager and Tax Associate (2017-2021). As an Office Manager, my responsibilities became overseeing employee shifts, addressing any customer concerns and complaints, answering questions relating to tax preparation, and managing scheduling for customers and six employees in two office locations. In the 2018 tax season, I was nominated for and awarded the Henry W. Bloch Excellence in Client Service Award in the fall of the same year.

As a crew member at Burger King, I learned customer service experience by taking orders from customers, preparing them and delivering the order to them in a timely, professional manner.

Cook – Garage Bar & Grill

SEPTMBER 2014 – JANUARY 2016

As a cook at the Garage Bar & Grill, I prepared food for 20-60 orders per shift, stocked and prepared food for multiple guests, and maintained a clean, sanitary kitchen and food stations.
